Range and Doppler reconstruction for sparse frequency agile linear frequency modulation‐orthogonal frequency division multiplexing radar

Sparse frequency agile linear modulation-orthogonal division multiplexing (LFM-OFDM) radar can improve anti-interference ability as well reduce the sampling rate of system. However, agility makes it difficult to realize coherent processing by using fast Fourier transform. To overcome this problem, a signal scheme for sparse LFM-OFDM is proposed obtain high range and Doppler resolution in study. The subcarriers are synthesised an LFM time domain at first. Then, within framework compressed sensing theory, improved orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm high-resolution range-velocity profile while reducing computation complexity. Finally, several numerical simulations provided verify effectiveness method moving targets.
